What is included
- One grade: its learners, their families and their teachers
- The office, on the school portal
- The school's own page at name.slooch.app
- Slooch Plus for every learner in the grade, for the term
What the school does
- Sends its learner, family and staff lists from SA-SAMS or a spreadsheet
- Sets its terms, bell times and who may send, approve and give out
- Sends a letter to the grade's families with the school code
How long
One school term, from the first day of term to the last. Term 1 2027 is the first pilot term.
How it ends
At the end of the term, the school chooses one of three things.
- Continue with the grade on a school licence
- Expand a grade at a time, when the office is ready
- Stop, with the school's data exported and handed over
