For teachers
What needs me now, and what can wait?
The teacher app covers the register, paper capture and notices on your phone. The teacher console is for planning, marking and reports at a desk.
Opens as Ms Dlamini, Mathematics teacher and 8B class teacher at Riverside House School.
What it does
Register by exception
Everyone starts present. Tap the few who aren't, check the count and submit.
Paper stays welcome
Photograph scripts on your phone. Missing pages and duplicates are flagged, not lost.
Suggested, never final
Slooch suggests marks against your rubric. You review, correct and release them.
What to expect
When you release a result, the learner sees it, the parents get a private update and the gradebook changes once. Nobody copies marks across by hand.
Slooch doesn't mark for you. An unreadable answer asks for a recapture instead of a guess, and a suggested mark stays a suggestion until you approve it.
